Shipping Info

When your order is placed, we will contact you via email within 7 business days with the tracking number for your order.
EU delivery time is about 10 working days after shipping
Non EU end International delivery time is up to 30 working days depending on Customs Clearance Times.
Please note our shop is closed from the 1st of August until the 31st of August due to summertime Holidays and from the 20th of December until the 6th of January for Christmas Holidays.
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the EU as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we'll ask for personal identification and a refund will be provided.
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the item(s) during the transport.
